Please note the following guidelines:
Most of our items are handmade and come from Ecuador therefore we can only offer refunds when the item you received is: (1) damaged or (2) a different model from what you had ordered. For any problems with size and for all other reasons you can fill our the bottom form to request an exchange.
Please review that your order is received in good condition and notify us within 10 days if a return or exchange of any item is needed.
If a refund is needed, please return the item in brand new condition or identical as received. We review all items prior to shipment and do our best to ensure no item leaves in a damaged manner.
Before requesting a return, please complete the form below which will help us keep track of any returns. This form will generate a RMA number that we’ll use to track the return status.
Please don’t return an item without first completing the form below. We cannot accept items that are shipped back to us without a completed form.
When shipping a return item back to us, please provide us the tracking number so we can ensure we receive and update your return item status.
Please take care when packaging any return items - we cannot be held liable for damage during shipment because of improper packaging.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return/exchange is the result of our mistake.
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3 business days of receipt), your replacement/refund will be processed.
Depending on your credit card company it may take 3 - 4 weeks to receive your refund.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
Please contact us immediately upon receipt of any damaged or defective merchandise by filling this form. Based on our policies please do so within the 10 day period once received.
